This position is apt for those who can grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand written English. Role Description
As a part of our team, you'll start as a technical writer with opportunities to grow into higher roles as you gain experience. Our writers are responsible for creating technical blog posts, tutorials, guides, and similar content that captures a wide range of readers worldwide. Most of our content revolves around data security and related regulations, but we also cover a vast array of technology industries and areas.
Unlike traditional blog posts, we focus on producing comprehensive technical content, including tutorials, guides, and e-books. You'll conduct necessary research to ensure accuracy, prepare demo codes when required, and promptly respond to editorial requests.
What We Care About In Our Writing:
- Translating complex technical concepts into digestible content.
- Creating well-researched, practical tutorials and guides.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in every piece we produce.
- Writing content that resonates with a diverse range of readers around the globe.
What We Don't Care About:
- The number of images used.
- Being online at specific hours (we value asynchronous communication).
Compensation
We start paying at $300 per article of ~1500 words, with the rate increasing as you complete more assignments. Most of our writers, who are full-time developers and specialists, enjoy this role as a profitable side hustle.
