Role Description:

As a member of our team, you will start as a writer, with opportunities to transition into a strategist role executing our SEO process for clients. Our work revolves around SEO writing, targeting high buying-intent keywords, and our articles are primarily designed to sell our client's products. The majority of the pieces we produce are not traditional blog posts but include product reviews, comparisons, alternatives, and more.

We don't rely on self-research; instead, we conduct interviews with subject matter experts within our client's companies to gain insights into the products we are writing about. This method allows you to spend more time articulating value propositions, contrasting features with competitors, and selling our client's products and services.

What We Care About In Our Writing:

- Understanding features, benefits, and value propositions through client interviews.
- Thoroughly assessing search intent behind the targeted keywords before writing.
- Creating fluff-free blog intros that speak to the reader's knowledge level.
- Providing specifics and details in the body of the piece to substantiate our claims.

What We Don't Care About:

- Word count of the articles.
- Length of paragraphs.
- Number of images used.

Compensation:

We offer $500 per article. Full-time writers typically produce 10-12 pieces per month, equating to $5,000 - $6,000 per month. If you transition to a strategist role, you'll also receive a monthly account management rate per client account and editing rate if articles are delegated to other writers. Most strategists earn between $5,000 - $10,000 per month.
