Job Summary: &nbsp;The Marketing Content Copywriter will become an integral member of Firegang's new business team, where you will create written content to aid in our marketing and sales efforts. Firegang’s target market is dentists, and you’ll write content that speaks directly to them.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:<ul><li>Lead the creation of all written B2B content to aid in Firegang's marketing and sales efforts. Content includes (but not limited to) eBooks, case studies, blog posts, emails, online ads, and landing pages.</li><li>Work with the Director of Growth to build content calendars and track and evaluate the effectiveness of each piece of content.</li><li>Work closely with graphic and digital designers to turn your words into finalized marketing assets</li></ul>YOU ARE:<ul><li>Able to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop on-brand messaging</li><li>Someone that is tactical, fluent in their craft, and embraces a small team environment</li><li>Able to effectively present one’s own ideas and rationale for writing, concepts, and creative in an effective and persuasive manner, both internally, and externally</li></ul>YOU HAVE:<ul><li>2+ years of experience, preferably in B2B content writing</li><li>Extreme attention to detail and a “less is more” approach to copywriting&nbsp;</li><li>Pro-level skills in content strategy. You feel confident using words to drive business objectives and compel users to act. You excel at using words to take a complex story and make it easy, approachable and fun.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, &amp; Slides</li></ul>BONUS FOR:<ul><li>Experience in the dental industry</li><li>An understanding of SEO principles and how to incorporate them in your writing</li><li>Knowledge of HTML &amp; CSS</li></ul>This is a 100% remote, full-time position, with a salary range of $45k DOE.
